Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Aventura, Florida (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time

Base Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year

Corporate Bonus: 10%

Business Incentive Bonus: Additional incentive opportunity, with details to be discussed during the interview process with the hiring manager

Our client is an established organization serving the education market with products and services supporting schools, students, and milestone events across North America.

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to support sales growth, customer relationship development, and new business prospecting across a broad portfolio of products and services.

Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, this position will combine hands-on sales execution with customer relationship management, sales planning, team leadership, reporting, and event coordination.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing multiple priorities while consistently following up with customers and prospects.

Experience selling into the education market is preferred. Candidates with strong consumer goods, B2B, dealer, or distributor sales experience will also be considered.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional and organizational sales goals
  • Prospect for new business and identify opportunities to expand customer relationships
  • Manage sales pipelines, call planning, follow-up activities, and sales reporting
  • Lead, coach, and mentor sales team members to support achievement of business targets
  • Build and maintain long-term, profitable customer relationships
  • Work closely with customers to understand current and future business needs
  • Address pricing, service delivery, and customer satisfaction issues
  • Provide consistent follow-up with customers and prospects to support sales execution and retention
  • Coordinate logistics for customer events, sales initiatives, and related programs
  • Monitor key sales and performance metrics
  • Prepare regular data-driven sales and business updates for senior leadership
  • Use Microsoft Excel for formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations using PowerPoint
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with Marketing, Operations, Product, and other departments
  • Help develop sales plans aligned with broader corporate objectives
  • Support strategic initiatives and additional responsibilities assigned by senior leadership




Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or higher education required
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Experience selling into the education market is preferred
  • Consumer goods sales experience may also be considered
  • B2B, dealer, or distributor sales experience is preferred
  • Experience developing new business and managing customer relationships
  • Experience supporting or coordinating sales-related events and logistics
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term customer partnerships
  • Experience with structured sales processes, pipeline management, and customer follow-up
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting
  • Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and business updates
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Customer-focused, hands-on, and action-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Strong ethics, professionalism, and integrity
