Reservationist – Luxury Hotel

Location: Tokai, Western Cape
Salary: R19,845 per month

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Reservationist to join a luxury hotel in Tokai, Western Cape. This opportunity is ideal for an individual with a passion for hospitality, excellent organisational skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all reservation enquiries received via telephone, email and other booking platforms.
  

• Process bookings, amendments and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  

• Provide guests with detailed information regarding accommodation, rates, availability and hotel facilities.
  

• Ensure all reservations are recorded correctly within the booking system.
  

• Communicate effectively with the front office, sales and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  

• Handle guest requests and special arrangements professionally and timeously.
  

• Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure all guest information is updated.
  

• Deliver excellent customer service while upholding the standards of a luxury hospitality environment.
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a reservations role within a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  

• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and general computer applications.
  

• The ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and work effectively under pressure.
  

• A professional, guest-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high standards of service.
  

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  

Salary: R19,845 per month.
