Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial and accounting activities and support the organization in maintaining proper accounting systems, financial reporting and statutory compliance.

The role involves financial analysis, accounting oversight, audit coordination, budgeting, compliance and providing financial advice and support to clients and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain proper accounting records and financial documentation.
  

• Implement and manage accounting systems and processes.
  

• Prepare monthly financial reports and budget reports.
  

• Maintain and control general ledger master data.
  

• Assess financial risks and recommend preventive measures.
  

• Liaise with clients, business partners, auditors and vendors.
  

• Ensure compliance with applicable state authorities and regulatory requirements.
  

• Provide financial advice and services to clients.
  

• Investigate and rectify financial discrepancies.
  

• Conduct and coordinate internal and external audits.
  

• Prepare budgets, annual reports and financial strategies.
  

• Advise on financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions.
  

• Analyse financial systems and procedures.
  

• Process online payments and bank statements.
  

• Identify and recommend measures to prevent fraudulent activities.
  

• Negotiate monetary terms with vendors.
  

• Provide assistance with tax planning.
  

• Lead and manage accounting team members.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field.
  

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
  

• ACA qualification or equivalent is desirable.
  

• 2+ years of experience as a Chartered Accountant or proven experience working in a Chartered Accountants' workplace.
  

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Location Requirement

Candidates should be able to commute to Sanganer reliably, Jaipur, or be willing to relocate before joining.
