This is an opportunity to further develop your technical capabilities while building strong client relationships and progressing your career within a highly supportive environment.

About You
You're an experienced public practice accountant who is looking to continue building your technical expertise while becoming increasingly involved in client relationships and advisory work.
You Will Bring
- CA or CPA qualified, or actively working towards completion
- 5+ years' experience within Australian public practice accounting
- Strong experience preparing financial statements, income tax returns, and BAS across a range of entity structures
- Sound technical knowledge of Australian taxation, compliance, and financial reporting requirements

- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Interest in technology, automation, and the future of the accounting profession
- Strong relationship-building abilities and commitment to client service

Someone who wants to continue developing their technical skills, become a trusted point of contact for clients, and build a long-term career within a firm that values initiative, innovation, and professional development.
Why Join This Firm?
- Significant exposure to projects focused on process improvement, workflow automation, and technology integration
- Ongoing mentoring and training across taxation, financial reporting, and advisory services
- Direct access to experienced Directors and senior leadership
- Exposure to a broad range of industries rather than a heavily specialised portfolio

- Opportunity to broaden your client management and advisory experience
- Clear progression pathway toward Senior Accountant and beyond
- Support for CA/CPA studies and ongoing professional development
- Modern systems and a forward-thinking approach to accounting
