About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Blue Yonder OMS Developer to support the implementation and enhancement of Order Management System solutions. In this role, you will develop and configure Blue Yonder OMS functionalities, including order orchestration, sourcing, fulfillment, and returns management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, TMS, commerce platforms, and payment services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Blue Yonder Order Management System (OMS) functionality based on approved designs and requirements.
• Implement OMS configurations, custom extensions, and workflows supporting order orchestration, sourcing, fulfillment, and returns.
• Build and maintain integrations between Blue Yonder OMS and surrounding systems such as commerce platforms, WMS, TMS, ERP, and payment services.
• Participate in solution design discussions, contributing technical input and feasibility considerations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following established engineering standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and release activities to ensure solution quality and stability.
• Collaborate closely with QA, product, and other engineering team members to deliver committed scope on time.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including refactoring, performance optimization, and documentation.

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience working as a Blue Yonder OMS Developer on implementation or enhancement initiatives.
• Solid understanding of order management concepts, including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, and returns.
• Strong proficiency in Java / J2EE and enterprise application development.
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, and system integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for application development and troubleshooting.
• Experience operating within Agile delivery teams and standard SDLC practices.
• Ability to work from defined requirements while independently completing development tasks.
• Clear communication skills for collaboration within distributed, cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail (typically expected).
