No previous roofing sales experience is required. We’re looking for people who are comfortable talking with homeowners, willing to learn, and motivated to develop their sales skills. You’ll receive hands-on experience while managing the sales process from the first conversation through the close.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with homeowners in assigned communities and introduce our roofing services.

• Build rapport and identify customer needs through face-to-face conversations.

• Explain roofing solutions clearly and professionally.

• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to signed agreement.

• Generate new sales opportunities through proactive outreach.

• Manage your daily schedule and follow up with prospective customers.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide a positive experience.

• Learn our products, services, and sales process to become a knowledgeable representative.

• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Smartphone required for business-related communication.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and meeting new people.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn.

• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally.

• Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.

• Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

This is a commission-based sales opportunity with performance-driven earning potential.

• Typical earning range: $75,000–$200,000+ annually for successful representatives

• Your earnings are based on your sales performance and results.

Work Environment

This is an in-person, field-based sales position that requires travel within your assigned territory. You’ll spend your time meeting homeowners, developing relationships, and creating new sales opportunities.
