A Concord, NH firm is seeking an attorney with an established Trusts & Estates practice who wants the infrastructure and resources of a larger firm platform.

Key Responsibilities

Transition and grow an established T&E practice
Maintain and expand client relationships
Originate new business and build the practice
Meet billable hours targets: 1600 in 1 year, 1700 thereafter

Requirements

Established T&E practice with a minimum of $275,000+ portable book
Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow client relationships
Strong origination and practice-development skills
Admitted and in good standing to practice in New Hampshire

Benefits

If hours targets are met, 10% bonus on origination plus 10% bonus on receipts.
