DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Client Engagement & Business Management Professional who combines strong people skills with the ability to organize, manage, and follow through on day-to-day professional activities.

This remote, contract-based role focuses on client engagement, relationship development, professional communication, and managing an independent workflow within an established business system.

You will connect with prospective clients, conduct structured conversations to understand their goals and interests, provide information about established personal and professional development programs, coordinate follow-up, and maintain professional relationships throughout the process.

The role is well suited to someone with experience in business management, client relations, consulting, leadership, customer engagement, education, or other people-focused professional environments.

You will work independently while receiving access to established systems, structured onboarding, ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development resources.

Role Structure: This is an independent, contract-based role rather than salaried or hourly employment. Compensation is performance-based and tied to individual activity and results. Earnings are not guaranteed and individual results will vary.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of professional experience preferred
  
• Experience in business management, client relations, consulting, customer engagement, leadership, or a related professional field
