MEP Director - Real Estate

A leading luxury real estate developer in Dubai, is seeking an experienced MEP Director to lead and oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing functions across its portfolio of high-end residential and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading the MEP team, driving technical excellence, commercial efficiency, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from design through construction. This role requires a strong leader with a commercial mindset, capable of optimizing costs, managing consultants and contractors, and implementing best practices across the MEP function. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, develop, and manage the MEP team across multiple projects • Oversee MEP design, coordination, procurement, and project delivery • Drive commercial performance through cost optimization and value engineering initiatives • Manage MEP consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards • Establish processes, standards, and best practices for the MEP function • Provide strategic technical and commercial guidance to senior management

• Extensive MEP leadership experience within real estate development or major construction projects • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing MEP teams • Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, procurement, and cost management • Experience delivering luxury residential, hospitality, mixed-use, or high-rise developments • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
