Fetchly builds web and mobile applications for startups, enterprises, and small businesses. We’re looking for a remote Senior Growth Strategy Lead to shape full-funnel growth programs and help clients turn digital experiences into measurable business results.

In this client-facing role, you’ll connect campaign strategy, commerce, and conversion optimization to deliver thoughtful, effective growth plans.

Job Responsibilities

Develop full-funnel growth strategies aligned with client goals and audiences.
Lead client conversations, translate business needs into campaign plans, and present recommendations clearly.
Plan and optimize DTC and CPG eCommerce growth initiatives.
Shape UGC and influencer campaign strategies, from briefs through performance review.
Identify opportunities across the Shopify ecosystem, including customer journeys and conversion optimization.
Monitor campaign results, share insights, and refine strategies based on performance.

Required Qualifications

Experience developing and executing full-funnel growth strategies.
Strong client-facing campaign strategy and communication skills.
Knowledge of DTC and CPG eCommerce growth.
Experience with UGC and influencer campaign planning.
Understanding of Shopify and conversion optimization.
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with a range of businesses, from startups to established brands.
Ability to collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams in a remote environment.
