Sales Executive - Real Estate

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with experience selling premium residential apartments to manage customer enquiries, conduct site visits, and drive sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and channel partners.
  
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable apartments, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
  
• Conduct site visits and explain project features and key benefits.
  
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate within approved terms, and convert leads into bookings.
  
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
  
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and sales reports in the CRM.
  
• Coordinate with CRM, legal, and accounts teams for documentation, agreements, and payments.
  
• Build strong customer relationships throughout the buying journey.
  

Candidate Requirements

• 2–4 years of real estate sales experience, including premium apartment sales.
  
• Proven ability to handle customers independently and close sales.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  
• Working knowledge of CRM software; Sell.do experience is an advantage.
  
• Graduate in any discipline.
  
• Willingness to work on weekends and attend scheduled customer visits.
  
• Available to join immediately.
