Senior CRM & Marketing Automation Manager - Remote - ( Israel or Cyprus)

This is a remote position.

We're hiring a Senior CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to own the full client lifecycle for a Forex/CFD brand — from first contact through activation, retention, VIP management, and win-back. You'll be the driving force behind how the business communicates with clients at scale: building the automation, owning the data, and making sure every message a client receives is timely, relevant, and compliant.

This is a senior, hands-on role — you'll set the CRM strategy but also be in the platform building the journeys yourself, not just directing others.

Requirements

Strategy & Lifecycle Ownership

• Design and own the CRM strategy across the full client lifecycle: onboarding, first-trade activation, engagement, retention, VIP tiering, and reactivation of dormant/churned clients
  
• Define and continuously refine client segmentation based on trading behaviour, deposit patterns, and lifecycle stage
  

Marketing Automation

• Build, test, and manage multi-channel automated workflows (email, SMS, push, in-app messaging) triggered by client behaviour
  
• Run structured A/B and multivariate testing on messaging, timing, and offers to improve open, click, and conversion rates
  
• Personalise campaigns at scale using behavioural and transactional data
  

Platform & Data

• Administer the CRM/marketing automation platform end-to-end — workflow builds, integrations with the trading platform and data sources, and ongoing data hygiene
  
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards tracking LTV, churn, reactivation rate, campaign performance, and engagement by segment
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Retention and VIP teams to align automated campaigns with human-touch outreach
  
• Partner with Compliance to ensure all messaging meets regulatory requirements for the relevant jurisdictions
  
• Collaborate with Sales/Conversion teams on lead nurturing flows pre-first-deposit
  

Team & Reporting

• Report on CRM performance and lifecycle KPIs to senior leadership
  
• Where applicable, mentor or oversee junior CRM/marketing executives
  

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• Proven CRM or marketing automation experience within a Forex/CFD company
  
• Hands-on experience with a CRM/marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze, or a proprietary forex CRM)
  
• Strong grasp of client segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and behavioural triggers in a trading/financial services context
  
• Based in Cyprus or Israel
