Case Manager

A medical facility located near Casper, Wyoming is seeking a full-time, permanent Case Manager to join their team! 

The Case Manager Opportunity: 

• Full-time, direct-hire position 
  

• Mon-Fri schedule, day shift, 8-hour shifts 
  

• Great nursing leadership and administration team! 
  

• The Case Manager coordinates all authorizations and reauthorizations  
  

The Case Manager Minimum Requirements: 

• Must have active RN License or active Social Worker License 
  

• Preferable to have previous case management experience within a hospital setting
