Role Overview

As a Career Agent, you'll be the face of Trupiano Agency, engaging directly with potential clients in their homes. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll manage every step of the process, from introducing our insurance products to securing new business. Your Day-to-Day:

• Direct Client Engagement: Proactively connect with individuals in their homes to introduce Trupiano Agency's insurance solutions.
• Needs Assessment: Skillfully identify client needs and tailor insurance recommendations that best fit their circumstances.
• Relationship Building: Establish trust and rapport quickly, creating lasting connections with prospective clients.
• Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process independently, from initial contact through to closing the sale.
• Activity Driven: Maintain a high level of self-driven daily activity to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Product Presentation: Clearly and effectively present the features and benefits of our insurance products.
• Application Processing: Guide clients through the application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential, with expected earnings ranging from $40,000 to $175,000 annually based on your performance and success in closing deals. Your drive and sales acumen directly translate into your income.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle.
• Must have a mobile device for business use.
• Must hold an active Life and Health Insurance license.
• Exceptional face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills are paramount.
• The ability to read people and build rapport rapidly is essential for success.
• Demonstrated resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection.
• A strong sense of self-direction and the ability to manage your daily schedule effectively.
