Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Fintech Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition, promote digital financial products, and achieve assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer-handling skills with a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, calls, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Promote fintech products and digital financial services to potential customers.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and processes to customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful customers.
• Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure of sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and issue resolution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in fintech, banking, digital payments, telecom, or FMCG.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel when required.
• Basic knowledge of digital payment and financial products will be an advantage.
