تُعلن شركة المتميزون المتحدة الطبية عن رغبتها في توظيف أخصائي إسعاف وطوارئ طبية للانضمام إلى كوادرها التشغيلية في الرياض. نحن شركة سعودية رائدة في الخدمات الصحية بخبرة تتجاوز ٣٠ عامًا، تعمل عبر عدة خطوط خدمة تشمل النقل الإسعافي غير الطارئ، والتغطية الطبية للفعاليات ومواقع العمل، وعقود الخدمات الإسعافية للمنشآت الصحية، وتشغيل العيادات وتوفير الكوادر الطبية، وحلول سيارات الإسعاف.

نبحث عن ممارس مصنّف لدى الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية في فئة أخصائي، يقود الطاقم سريريًا في الميدان، ويقدّم دعم الحياة المتقدم وفق البروتوكولات المعتمدة، ويلتزم بمعايير التوثيق والحوكمة السريرية التي يقوم عليها اعتماد الشركة. وهذا هو الكادر الذي يُشغّل وحدة الإسعاف المتقدم، وهو ما يدفع العميل علاوته فعليًا.

المسمى الوظيفي: أخصائي الإسعاف والطوارئ الطبية  مستوى الكادر: سريري — أخصائي  نوع العمل: دوام جزئي  الموقع: الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إجراء تقييم سريري كامل، وتفسير تخطيط القلب وبيانات المراقبة، وصياغة تشخيص مبدئي وخطة علاجية ضمن نطاق ممارسة الأخصائي
  
• قيادة القرار السريري في الموقع، وتوجيه الفني والسائق، وتحديد وجهة النقل وأولويته
  
• إدارة مجرى الهواء المتقدم، وتأسيس المسار الوريدي والنخاعي، وإعطاء الأدوية المصرّح بها في البروتوكول السريري
  
• قيادة إنعاش السكتة القلبية، وإدارة اضطرابات النظم بما يشمل الصعق وتقويم النظم، والتعامل مع الرضوح الكبرى وطوارئ الولادة والأطفال
  
• استشارة التوجيه الطبي المباشر لكل تدخل يستلزم إذنًا، وتدوين التوجيه المتلقى
  
• العمل بصفة القائد السريري للوحدة، والإشراف على ممارسة الفني، وضمان عمل كل فرد ضمن نطاقه المأذون به
  
• إحاطة الطاقم قبل الوردية ومراجعة الأداء بعد كل بلاغ ذي شأن
  
• المشاركة في مراجعة الحالات والتدقيق السريري وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية الناتجة عنها
  
• التحقق من جاهزية مخزون الإسعاف المتقدم وجرد الأدوية المقيدة عند كل تسليم وردية
  
• استيفاء تقرير العناية بالمريض بمستوى الأخصائي، بما يشمل المسوّغ السريري لكل تدخل وكل اتصال بالتوجيه الطبي
  
• تطبيق بروتوكول مكافحة العدوى، بما يشمل تطهير المركبة والمعدات بعد كل بلاغ

About the Role

United Distinguished Medical Company (UDM) is hiring Paramedics to join its operational crews in Riyadh. UDM is a leading Saudi healthcare services company with 30+ years of experience, operating across multiple service lines: non-emergency patient transport, event and worksite medical coverage, ambulance service contracts for healthcare facilities, clinic operations and medical staffing, and ambulance fleet solutions.

We're looking for a practitioner classified by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties at the Specialist tier — someone who leads the crew clinically on scene, delivers advanced life support under approved protocols, and holds to the documentation and clinical-governance standards our accreditation rests on. This is the cadre that crews an ALS unit, and the one clients are paying the premium for.

Job Title: Paramedic  Cadre Tier: Clinical — Specialist (أخصائي)  Employment Type: Part-time  Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a full clinical assessment, interpret the ECG and monitoring data, and formulate a working diagnosis and treatment plan within the specialist scope of practice
  
• Lead clinical decision-making on scene, direct the technician and driver, and determine destination and priority of transport
  
• Perform advanced airway management, establish intravenous and intraosseous access, and administer the medications authorised by the clinical protocol
  
• Lead cardiac arrest resuscitation, manage dysrhythmias including defibrillation and cardioversion, and manage major trauma, obstetric and paediatric emergencies
  
• Consult online medical control for any intervention requiring authorisation, and record the instruction received
  
• Act as clinical lead of the unit, supervise the technician's practice, and ensure every crew member operates within their own authorised scope
  
• Brief the crew before the shift and debrief after any significant call
  
• Participate in case review, clinical audit and root cause analysis, and implement the corrective actions arising from them
  
• Verify readiness of the advanced life support inventory and account for controlled medications at every shift change
  
• Complete the patient care report to specialist standard, including the clinical rationale for every intervention and every medical control contact
  
• Apply the infection prevention and control protocol, including decontamination of the vehicle and equipment after every call
  

Requirements

المؤهلات والاشتراطات:

• بكالوريوس أربع سنوات في الإسعاف والطوارئ الطبية أو ما يعادله
  
• التصنيف والتسجيل المهني ساري المفعول لدى الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية — فئة أخصائي
  
• دعم الحياة الأساسي BLS ودعم الحياة القلبي المتقدم ACLS
  
• اللياقة للمتطلبات البدنية والنفسية للدور، وسجل تحصينات مكتمل
  
• إجادة اللغة العربية، ويُفضّل الإلمام بالإنجليزية ويُشترط متى كان العميل النهائي يعمل بها
  
• الاستعداد للعمل بنظام المناوبات، بما يشمل الليل والعطل الرسمية ومواقع الفعاليات والمشاريع
  
• رخصة قيادة سارية
  

صيغة التعاقد: يكون الارتباط بهذا الدور عبر التوظيف المباشر، أو الإعارة عبر «أجير» من منشأة مرخّصة، أو عقد العمل المرن «مرن».

الاعتماد المهني: يُستكمل ملف الاعتماد ويُتحقق منه بالكامل قبل مباشرة أول مناوبة، ويشمل التصنيف والتسجيل، وشهادات دعم الحياة السارية، وفحص اللياقة للعمل والتحصينات.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (4 years) in emergency medical services or paramedicine, or equivalent
  
• Valid SCFHS classification and professional registration — Specialist tier
  
• BLS and ACLS provider
  
• Fitness for the physical and psychological demands of the role, and a complete immunisation record
  
• Command of Arabic; working English preferred, and required where the end client operates in English
  
• Willingness to work a shift pattern, including nights, public holidays, and event and project sites
  
• Valid driving licence
  

Engagement basis: This role is engaged through direct employment, Ajeer secondment from a licensed establishment, or a Maren (مرن) flexible-hours employment contract.

Credentialing: The full credentialing file is completed and verified before the first shift — classification and registration, in-date life-support cards, and occupational fitness and immunisation screening.
