Trainee (6 months) - Corporate and M&A

Following our continued growth, we are currently looking for a Trainee (initially 6 months with a view to long-term employment) for our Corporate and M&A department (un stagiaire pour notre département Droit des Sociétés et Fusions & Acquisitions - initialement 6 mois avec possibilité d'embauche).

Your Mission:

· Involvement in several stimulating files which will allow you to discover and in turn apply the best technical methods in respect of international legal issues

· Participating in meetings and calls with clients, in order to gain familiarity with Customer relationship management

· Drafting of documentation

· Completion of legal research in Luxembourg, French and Belgian law

The candidate should have:

· Have a university degree in Law and a postgraduate degree in Corporate

· Have some first relevant experiences

· Have excellent drafting and communication skills

· Be able to learn quickly and work as part of a team

· Have a perfect command of French and English, the knowledge of German would be an advantage

· Have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to adapt easily
