Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on direct, in-person customer engagement. You will:

• Independently manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing agreements.
• Engage with potential clients in their homes or businesses, building immediate rapport and trust.
• Clearly articulate the value and benefits of our products/services to diverse customer needs.
• Navigate conversations with confidence, overcoming objections and turning them into opportunities.
• Maintain a high level of daily activity to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of the building and construction industry to effectively serve clients.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Successful representatives can expect to earn between $10,000 and $30,000 monthly, directly reflecting their performance and dedication. Your drive and sales acumen will directly translate into your income.
