About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the MagentaTV team and contribute to the development, evolution and reliable delivery of TV products and services across the Deutsche Telekom ecosystem.

This is a technically oriented Product Management role, with hands-on involvement in Android / Android TV devices, Set-Top Boxes (STBs), firmware releases, application testing and product delivery.

You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders, as well as teams across Deutsche Telekom Group National Companies (NatCos), contributing to common product development initiatives, new features and continuous improvement of the MagentaTV experience.

What You’ll Do

As Product Manager, you will:

• Support and coordinate the firmware update lifecycle of MagentaTV Set-Top Boxes, ensuring smooth deployment of new features and stable operation.

• Plan and execute functional, verification and regression testing across different terminal devices ahead of new MagentaTV application and firmware releases.

• Coordinate product releases, upgrades, customization and certification activities for devices running Android / Android TV OS.

• Collaborate with Deutsche Telekom Group NatCos and participate in international working groups focused on common product and service development.

• Translate business and technical requirements into clear product, technical and marketing specifications.

• Coordinate multiple stakeholders and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Identify opportunities for product improvement and contribute new ideas based on customer needs, technical developments and business priorities.

• Contribute to the annual budgeting process for products and services within your area of responsibility.

• Support the adoption of Agile practices and effective collaboration across product and engineering teams.

What We’re Looking For

You will be a strong fit if you have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager or in a closely related product role.

• Strong understanding of Android / Android TV OS environments and the development, customization, upgrade and certification lifecycle of terminal devices.

• Experience with Set-Top Boxes, connected devices, TV/OTT platforms or similar consumer technology products.

• Hands-on understanding of functional and regression testing and software/firmware release processes.

• Strong experience in project coordination and stakeholder management across technical and business teams.

• Ability to create clear technical and product documentation in English.

• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.

• Strong analytical thinking combined with commercial and customer awareness.

• Ability to take ownership, work independently and deliver effectively within demanding timelines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Fluency in Greek and English.

Nice to Have

• Degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, Information Technology or a related field.

• Postgraduate qualification in Engineering, IT, Applied Sciences or Project Management.

• Experience with collaboration and ticketing platforms such as Jira, Confluence or similar tools.

• Agile / Scrum Master certification.

• Agile Product Owner certification.

What You’ll Bring
