The Role

We’re looking for a Travel Content Writer who can turn luxury destinations, hotels, resorts, experiences, and travel trends into compelling stories that inspire readers to dream, explore, save, and book.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and write engaging travel content including destination guides, hotel features, itineraries, honeymoon ideas, and luxury travel stories.
  

• Create content around destination weddings, honeymoons, romantic escapes, luxury resorts, and unique experiences.
  

• Research destinations, properties, travel trends, and hospitality developments to identify story opportunities.
  

• Write SEO-friendly content that drives organic traffic and engagement.
  

• Create compelling headlines, introductions, and calls to action.
  

• Maintain Wedded Wonderland’s premium, aspirational editorial voice.
  

• Collaborate with editorial, social, partnerships, and marketing teams to maximise content reach.
  

• Update and optimise existing content based on SEO performance and search trends.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience writing travel, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or wedding content.
  

• Excellent written English and a strong editorial voice.
  

• Strong research and storytelling skills.
  

• Understanding of SEO, keywords, and search intent.
  

• Ability to make destinations and experiences feel aspirational and desirable, not simply describe them.
  

• Strong attention to detail and factual accuracy.
  

• A genuine interest in luxury travel, hospitality, weddings, and global destinations.
  

You'll Stand Out If You Have

• Experience writing for a luxury travel, wedding, hospitality, or lifestyle publication.
  

• Experience covering destination weddings or honeymoon travel.
  

• A portfolio of published travel or luxury content.
  

• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.

You’ll produce high-quality content that builds organic traffic, inspires our audience, strengthens Wedded Wonderland’s authority in luxury travel, and creates commercial opportunities.
