Client Engagement & Leadership Development Consultant – Remote

This is a remote position.

You’re good with people. You know how to communicate. And you’re probably ready for something that gives you a little more room to move.

We’re expanding in Canada and looking to connect with experienced professionals who enjoy building relationships, having meaningful conversations and helping people explore new possibilities.

This is a remote, independent opportunity with a performance-based income structure. It’s designed for someone who likes having flexibility in their day, enjoys taking ownership of their results and doesn’t need someone standing over their shoulder telling them what to do next.

You’ll work with established online systems, structured processes and professional training while connecting with people who have already expressed an interest in learning more.

No two conversations are the same — and that’s part of what makes it interesting.

Requirements

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have solid professional experience working with people
  
• Communicate confidently by phone and online
  
• Enjoy building genuine relationships rather than simply “selling”
  
• Are organised, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  
• Have experience in areas such as client engagement, leadership, business development, recruitment, consulting, sales or account management
  
• Are comfortable learning new online systems and processes
  
• Value ongoing learning and professional growth
  
• Are comfortable with an independent, performance-based structure
