Masonry Technician

The Masonry Technician will support restoration and maintenance works at heritage sites. The role involves carrying out traditional masonry/construction activities using appropriate stones, mud materials, tools, and techniques while following site instructions and safety requirements.

• Carry out traditional masonry and restoration works at assigned heritage sites.
  
• Work with different types of stones and mud materials used in restoration.
  
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment required for field execution.
  
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
  
• Follow safety and security procedures applicable to restoration sites.
  
• Perform work accurately with strong attention to detail.
  
• Work under the direct supervision of approved engineers and supervisors.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant masonry, construction, or restoration experience.
  
• Knowledge of stones and mud materials used in restoration works.
  
• Field skills in traditional masonry/construction works.
  
• Good physical fitness, patience, teamwork, and attention to detail.
  
• Knowledge of site safety and security procedures.
  
• Ability to work 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, as per site requirements.
