As a Business Data Analyst, you will:

• Drive data management and data governance initiatives across business and technology teams.
  
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to data management and governance.
  
• Support data quality, metadata management, and master data management activities.
  
• Work with Data Warehousing and BI/Analytics platforms to support data-driven business requirements.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, and technology teams to translate business needs into effective data solutions.
  
• Contribute to Agile delivery processes, including requirements gathering, planning, and delivery activities.
  
• Ensure data-related processes align with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
  
• Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and manage expectations across multiple teams.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 8+ years of professional experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Business Consulting, or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of Data Management and Data Governance frameworks.
  
• Hands-on experience in business consulting and requirements gathering.
  
• Expertise in data analysis, data quality, metadata management, and Master Data Management (MDM).
  
• Experience working with Data Warehousing and BI/Analytics platforms.
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data.
  

You should possess the ability to:

• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.
  
• Analyze complex data-related business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Manage multiple stakeholders and requirements in a structured manner.
  
• Identify and address data quality and governance issues.
  
• Work collaboratively in cross-functional Agile teams.
  
• Understand business processes and their impact on data management and governance.
  
• Apply data governance principles while considering regulatory and compliance requirements.
