Head of Sales

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading UAE-based manufacturer of innovative and sustainable building materials to recruit an experienced Head of Sales. The role will lead the sales function, drive project-led revenue growth, and strengthen relationships with key architects, consultants, developers, and contractors across the UAE and wider GCC.

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and project sales across key markets.

-Lead, manage, and develop the sales team, setting clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.

-Build and strengthen relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and other key project stakeholders.

-Drive specification-led sales by positioning the company's products at the early design and project planning stages.

-Identify and secure major project opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation through to project closure.

-Monitor market trends, competitor activity, sales pipelines, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related field.

-10+ years of progressive sales experience, with strong exposure to project sales within building materials or related construction products.

-Proven experience working for a manufacturer of building materials or construction products, with a strong understanding of technical and specification-led selling.

-Established relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and other key stakeholders within the UAE construction market.

-Demonstrable track record of securing and managing large-scale projects and achieving multi-million AED sales targets.
