Telecommunications Commissioning Engineer - Offshore

• Lead and execute commissioning activities for CCTV, Access Control Systems, Environment Monitoring Systems, PAGA, VHF/UHF Communication Systems, Networking, and OTN systems in accordance with approved procedures and project requirements.
• Perform system configuration, functional testing, integration, and interface checks to ensure seamless operation between Telecom, ELV, and other project systems.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to system functionality, communication, networking, hardware, software, and system integration during commissioning activities.
• Conduct inspections and testing activities to verify that installations and system performance comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation, test reports, punch lists, inspection records, as-built documentation, and system handover dossiers in coordination with the project team and client.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, vendors, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure timely completion of commissioning activities

Requirements

*Qualification*

• *Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.*
• *Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Telecom and ELV system commissioning, with proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably on both Onshore and Offshore projects.*
• Strong hands-on experience in the *commissioning, testing, configuration, and integration* of CCTV, Access Control, Environment Monitoring, PAGA, VHF/UHF, Networking, and OTN systems.
• Good knowledge of relevant industry standards, project specifications, commissioning procedures, testing requirements, and HSE requirements applicable to Oil & Gas projects.
• *Must have valid TBOSIET & H2S*
