Job Purpose:
Supporting commercial performance and data-driven decision-making by analyzing merchant and product performance, developing accurate dashboards and reports, and translating business data into actionable insights. The role ensures data accuracy and works cross-functionally with commercial, product, and data teams to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Key Responsibilities:
• • Analyze commercial performance including merchant activity, and product adoption across payment channels.
• • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring reports to monitor key business KPIs.
• • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by validating data sources and collaborating with the data engineering team to maintain reliable datasets.
• • Work closely with commercial, product, and other business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical reports and insights.
• • Monitor merchant and gateway performance, identify trends, and highlight opportunities or risks.
• • Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and reporting to enable data-driven decision making.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3:5 years of experience in commercial insights, business analytics, data analytics, or a similar analytical role, preferably within FinTech, payments, banking, or a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel, with hands-on experience using BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Proven experience in developing and managing commercial dashboards, KPI reporting, performance analysis, and business insights.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify commercial trends, performance gaps, risks, and growth opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong understanding of data validation, data integrity, and reporting accuracy, with experience working alongside data or engineering teams.
• Ability to independently manage analytical requests and partner with senior commercial, product, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Experience with Python or another programming language is a plus.
