Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor to supervise construction activities, manage workers, and ensure work is completed according to drawings, plans, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
  
• Allocate and manage workers according to project requirements.
  
• Read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans.
  
• Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings.
  
• Estimate and calculate required construction materials.
  
• Monitor workforce productivity and maintain discipline at the site.
  
• Coordinate with workers and management to ensure smooth workflow.
  
• Travel between multiple project sites when required.
  
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Executive Manager.
  
• Complete assigned work within project timelines.
  

Salary: 350 OMR / 87000 INR Per Month

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction.
  
• Gulf Experience: Mandatory.
  
• Qualification: Relevant construction/site supervision experience.
  
• Language: Basic Arabic and English.
  
• Gender: Male.
  
• Nationality: Indian.
