Behaviour Mentor – Tower Hamlets Location: Tower Hamlets Contract: Temporary Pay: £100–£135 per day PAYE The opportunity A welcoming SEN school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a committed professional to help pupils develop trust, emotional regulation and practical strategies for successful participation in school. What you will do • Build consistent professional relationships and model clear boundaries. • Support pupils through transitions, setbacks and structured reflection. • Use restorative and positive behaviour approaches agreed by the school. • Coordinate closely with classroom and pastoral colleagues. What you will bring • Relevant experience supporting children or young people with additional needs. • A calm, reliable approach and strong communication with colleagues. • Sound professional boundaries and safeguarding awareness. • QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
