Job Overview

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and professional Lodge Manager to join a luxury lodge in the Greater Kruger area. The successful candidate will oversee all lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth day-to-day management. This is a live-in position with three meals provided per day.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing all daily lodge operations and ensuring high standards of service
• Managing, training, and supporting lodge staff
• Coordinating guest services and addressing guest needs promptly
• Managing budgets, stock control, and administrative duties
• Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
• Liaising with suppliers and service providers
• Reporting to lodge owners or management on operational matters

Package

• Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
• Live-in position
