Key Responsibilities

• Provide credit assistance while ensuring client best interests.
  

• Comply with ASIC regulations, NCCP, and Best Interests Duty.
  

• Manage a high volume of loan files from simple to complex.
  

• Maintain strong client relationships with proactive updates.
  

• Understand St Trinity’s developments to drive optimal client outcomes.
  

• Efficiently manage the sales pipeline and meet sales targets.
  

• Stay updated on lender policies and industry regulations.
  

• Build strong relationships with key bank and lender contacts.
  

About You

• 2+ years in financial services or banking.
  

• Proven sales success and growth mindset.
  

• Strong knowledge of banking, housing market, and regulations.
  

• Expertise in financial analysis, credit standards, and compliance.
  

• Passion for client relationships and long-term success.
  

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a mortgage broker.
  

• Accreditation with lenders.
  

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
