Position Overview

A private family in Dubai is seeking an experienced Part-Time VIP Chef with a strong fine dining background and excellent knowledge of healthy, high-quality cuisine.

The Chef will prepare and serve fresh breakfast each morning, while also preparing lunch and dinner in advance with clear reheating and storage instructions. The role is focused on the family’s daily meals, with no regular banquet or large-event cooking required.

Responsibilities

• Create a varied weekly menu based on the preferences and dietary needs of the family
  
• Prepare and serve fresh breakfast each morning
  
• Prepare lunch and dinner for the day ahead, including clear reheating and storage instructions
  
• Independently manage grocery shopping and select the freshest, highest-quality ingredients
  
• Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
  
• Monitor food quality, freshness and expiry dates
  
• Maintain consistently high standards of food preparation and presentation
  

Requirements

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in VIP-level or fine dining restaurants is essential
  
• Previous experience in a premium private household is an advantage
  
• Conversational Russian is mandatory
  
• Strong knowledge of healthy, wellness-focused and nutritious cooking
  
• Able to prepare restaurant-quality food that is both delicious and health-conscious
  
• Excellent knowledge of Russian, Central Asian and European home-style cuisine
  
• Confident preparing healthy and balanced meals for children
  
• Highly organised, discreet and attentive to detail
  
• Strong understanding of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness and safe food storage
