About The Role
As a Junior AI Implementation Specialist, you will help our team bridge the divide between technical AI tools and practical finance workflows. This is a fully remote, permanent position where you will assist in setting up systems that automate repetitive reporting tasks and improve data accuracy. You will work closely with senior consultants to translate finance requirements into working configurations, ensuring that every project stays within its fixed scope and delivers a system the client can actually manage themselves. This role is paid, and the compensation is competitive for the entry level market.

What You Will Do

• Assist with the initial configuration of AI modules within existing EPM and analytics platforms.
• Draft technical documentation and administrator guides to ensure clients remain self sufficient.
• Clean and map financial data sets to ensure consistency across the chart of accounts.
• Perform remediation tasks on broken configurations to improve data reliability.
• Help build data dictionaries that define how information is stored and used within the system.
• Support the testing of automated consolidation processes to ensure they meet finance logic standards.
• Update project logs to track progress against fixed price milestones.
• Participate in internal reviews to identify common configuration errors in client systems.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong foundation in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data manipulation.
• Basic understanding of SQL for querying and organizing data sets.
• Familiarity with finance logic, such as the difference between a balance sheet and a P and L.
• A mindset focused on precision and technical accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Curiosity about how data flows through large enterprise organizations.
• Willingness to learn new software platforms quickly and systematically.
• Clear communication skills for explaining technical steps in plain language.

Bonus Points

• Exposure to Oracle EPM or SAP BPC through university projects or personal study.
• Basic experience building reports or dashboards in Power BI.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data warehousing tools.
