Should fulfil all production documentation related activities without fail.
Manage and maintain equipment and adhere to health and safety laws.
Need to attend daily production equipment breakdowns and troubleshooting along with senior technicians.
Conducting preventive maintenance activities as per planned schedules and documentation should update as required.
Spare parts identification and reporting to concerned senior team members.
Root cause analysis for attended failures and reporting.
Need to maintain personal & workplace hygiene as per Food industry safety standards.
Ensuring Machine cleaning & Lubrication related activities without fail.
