A precision, quality-driven, regulated manufacturer with a medical device focus needs skilled CNC Machinists. You’ll work with advanced multi-axis technology producing precision medical device components. Equipment: Mazak Integrex 100 & 200 with lower turrets, Mazak Variaxis 5-Axis Machining Centers, Star Swiss-Type CNC Lathes, and advanced multi-axis milling and turning platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Setup and operate CNC machining equipment
Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and process documentation
Select tooling and adjust offsets
Verify dimensions with precision measuring equipment
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
Hold tight tolerances and superior surface finishes
Troubleshoot machining issues and improve efficiency
Support continuous improvement
Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping

Requirements

2+ years of CNC machining; independent setup and operation
Strong blueprint reading
Experience with calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment
Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, offsets, and machining fundamentals
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred: Mazak machining centers, Mazatrol, Swiss-style lathes, multi-axis, medical device / aerospace / defense, tight-tolerance work
