Experienced Sales Designer

Role Overview

As a Sales Designer, you will be the primary point of contact for customers walking into our showroom. You'll manage the entire sales journey, from the moment a customer walks in, through the design process, and to the final sale. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships and guiding clients to their perfect lifestyle structure.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers, warmly welcoming them and understanding their needs and vision for their outdoor space.
• Conduct in-depth design consultations, utilizing your product knowledge to recommend the best structures and customization options.
• Guide customers through the selection and purchasing process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Effectively present design options and pricing, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Manage the full sales cycle independently, from initial customer interaction to closing the sale and securing agreements.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our product lines, features, and benefits to provide expert advice.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive retail environment.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Experienced Sales Designers can expect to earn between $50,000 and $120,000 annually, based on performance and sales success.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a mobile device.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet customer needs.
• A customer-centric approach, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
