Team Leader - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to join our real estate division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead a motivated team to achieve sales targets, cultivate client relationships, and drive business growth in the competitive Dubai property market. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve sales and performance targets. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. - Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members to foster professional growth. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies. - Prepare regular reports on team performance and market insights for senior management.

- Proven experience as a team leader or manager within the real estate industry. - Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai's real estate. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse sales team. - Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets and client satisfaction. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
