Electrical Foreman

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Electrical Foreman in Oman. Our client is a reputed organization in the Solar PV / Construction sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation activities at Solar PV construction sites.
  
• Lead and coordinate electrical crews of approximately 10–15 workers.
  
• Interpret electrical drawings, layouts, schematics, and Solar PV installation plans.
  
• Monitor electrical works to ensure installations comply with approved drawings and project requirements.
  
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities and allocate work effectively among electricians and technicians.
  
• Inspect electrical and PV installation work and identify technical or workmanship issues.
  
• Ensure safe electrical working practices are followed during site execution.
  
• Support timely completion of Solar PV electrical construction activities according to project schedules.
  

Required Skills

1. Solar PV Installation: Hands-on experience with electrical installation activities on Solar PV projects.
   
2. Electrical Site Supervision: Ability to supervise electrical construction activities and monitor site execution.
   
3. Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read and understand electrical and PV construction drawings.
   
4. Crew Management: Experience managing and coordinating crews of approximately 10–15 workers.
   
5. Electrical Construction: Strong practical knowledge gained through electrician/foreman experience in construction environments.
   

Preferred Skills

• Solar PV construction quality inspection knowledge.
  
• Site coordination and work-planning capability.
  
• Familiarity with electrical safety practices applicable to Solar PV construction.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates must have 8–10 years of experience as an electrician/foreman in construction, including a minimum of 3 years in Solar PV installations. Candidates should have practical site supervision experience and be capable of independently managing electrical crews of 10–15 workers.

Education

• Minimum: Diploma / ITI in Electrical
