  • Review, advise on, and support negotiations for commercial agreements, renewals, and amendments, with a focus on licensing, intellectual property, copyright, and data use.
  • Monitor and address contract breaches in coordination with the Global Head of Compliance & Legal Services.
  • Maintain and enhance contract templates, standard pushback clauses, and approval thresholds to support efficient self-service for lower-risk agreements.
  • Manage the contract repository, ensuring accurate records and tracking key renewal, termination, and expiry dates.
  • Improve sales contract processes to promote efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
  • Support global copyright, trademark, and intellectual property compliance, ensuring content and data use align with applicable laws and internal standards.
  • Oversee CRU’s subscription portfolio, including in-house subscriptions and licence tracking, and identify potential copyright risks.
  • Investigate suspected copyright infringements and escalate enforcement actions where appropriate.
  • Educate Consulting, Product, and Marketing teams on copyright risk, attribution practices, and permitted content use.
  • Review internal controls, conduct audits, and implement enhancements to support regulatory alignment and operational effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports for the Global Risk and Compliance Committee, outlining key issues and recommendations.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments relating to copyright, trademarks, and data licensing, advising on relevant policy updates.

Skills & Experience:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a compliance or contracts role, or within a regulated environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in contract review, audits, and developing compliance policies and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of copyright, trademarks, intellectual property protections, and commercial contracts.
  • Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working independently across multi-location and cross-cultural teams.
  • A results-driven approach and continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Collaborative, approachable stakeholder-management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to align compliance activity with wider business objectives.
  • Confidence operating in a fast-paced, international business environment.

  • Competitive salary and flexible benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development as part of a global company.
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment.
