Applied AI and Solutions Delivery Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of AI professionals to deliver innovative AI solutions across various business units.

• Oversee the development and deployment of AI models and ensure they align with company goals and compliance standards.
• Monitor AI project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project timelines and objectives.
• Develop and implement best practices for AI model development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to promote AI solutions and drive adoption within the organization.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies to continually enhance the company’s AI capabilities.

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in AI or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering AI solutions.
• Proven experience in leading AI projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven and AI-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python or R.
• Experience in using AI and machine learning platforms and tools.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage projects from conception through execution and delivery.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence others.
