Job Title: QA Automation Engineer
Job Location: Charlotte, NC (3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote) hybrid role.
Job Duration:12+ Months contract
Pay Range: $50/hr on W2
Job Responsibilities
Experience: 8+ Years

Mandatory Skills:
Automation Tools: Selenium WebDriver
Programming: Java (Strong OOPs concepts)
Database: Strong SQL Query skills

Primary Skill: Selenium
Secondary Skill: Core Java
Tertiary Skill: ETL/Database testing

Automation Expertise:
Framework design & development ( Hybrid / POM / Data-driven)
UI Test Automation

Build Tools: Maven
BDD Framework: Cucumber
Test Management: JIRA or similar tools

Preferred Skills

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Knowledge of API Automation (RestAssured or similar)
Exposure to RAFT or other enterprise automation frameworks
Experience in Performance or Security Testing (added advantage)

Domain Experience

Banking / Financial Services domain experience (Mandatory)
Exposure to lending applications, credit systems, or enterprise banking platforms is preferred

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently and lead automation initiatives
