About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Female Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in digital marketing, social media marketing, content creation, and online brand promotion.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities, creating and publishing engaging content, handling Instagram and Facebook posts and reels, and supporting the company's overall digital marketing initiatives.

Candidates should have a good understanding of Instagram and Facebook, particularly the ability to create and publish Reels, Posts, Stories, and other social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, primarily Instagram and Facebook.
  
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging Instagram and Facebook Posts, Reels, Stories, and other content.
  
• Develop creative social media content ideas based on current trends, audience interests, and company requirements.
  
• Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns.
  
• Research trending topics, hashtags, Reels formats, sounds, and content ideas relevant to the target audience.
  
• Write engaging captions, headlines, and basic social media copy.
  
• Coordinate with the internal team to collect information, images, videos, and other content required for social media.
  
• Maintain a regular social media posting schedule and ensure timely publication of content.
  
• Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, likes, shares, and audience interactions.
  
• Support basic digital marketing activities, including content marketing, social media marketing, and online brand promotion.
  
• Track basic social media performance metrics and prepare simple reports when required.
  
• Stay updated with the latest Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and social media trends.
  
• Assist the marketing team with other digital marketing and promotional activities as required.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.
  
• Must know how to create and post Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels.
  
• Must know how to create and publish Instagram and Facebook Posts.
  
• Basic understanding of Instagram Stories and social media content formats.
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Creative mindset with an interest in social media and content creation.
  
• Ability to identify social media trends and generate new content ideas.
  
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar content creation tools will be an advantage.
  
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing is preferred.
  
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Willingness to learn new digital marketing tools, platforms, and techniques.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off

Salary & Benefits

Salary Package: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Additional Incentives: Performance-based incentives will be provided.

The final salary will depend on the candidate's skills, communication abilities, digital marketing knowledge, and performance during the selection process.
