Position Overview

We are hiring Sales Representatives who can generate opportunities, build trust quickly, and drive results in the field.

This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll prospect neighborhoods, identify roofing needs, and guide homeowners through the process — from first conversation to signed contract.

This position may require some evening work.

What You’ll Do

Prospect targeted areas through door-to-door canvassing
Identify roofing needs through inspections and homeowner conversations
Educate customers on solutions, materials, and project scope
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Build strong relationships and maintain follow-up pipelines
Represent Summit Solutions with professionalism and integrity
