Xclusive Painting Company is hiring motivated, focused people who want to grow. You don't need any painting experience — we provide all the training. What we can't teach is showing up every day, staying focused, and wanting to move up. If that's you, we'll teach you the rest.

This isn't a dead-end gig. We're looking for people who want to build a career and grow into leadership. New team members start on the tools, then learn to sell, and from there the path opens up to Project Manager and Operations Manager roles. If you're motivated and focused, you can realistically earn over $100,000 a year once you're up to speed — and we'll show you exactly how to get there.

What you'll do

• Show up ready to work and complete the tasks your Project Manager assigns for the day

• Learn the trade through our hands-on training — no experience required

• Deliver quality work that reflects the Xclusive name

• Grow your skills toward selling and, over time, management responsibilities

Schedule

• Monday–Saturday, roughly 8:00–8:30 AM start to 5:00–6:00 PM, depending on the project

• Many of our team work 6 days a week — the more motivated you are, the more you can take on and earn

Pay & growth

• Start hourly during a 90-day trial period so we can both make sure it's a good fit

• Move to a base + salary structure after the trial — we're flexible and reward people who prove themselves

• Experienced painters welcome too: if you already know the trade, we offer a commission-based setup with consistent, steady workflow and the same $100K+/year earning potential

Requirements

• Reliable transportation (must have your own car) and a valid driver's license

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Subcontractors must carry their own business insurance
