Job Description

Lead Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) activities to convert engineering and construction plans into executable work packages and support safe, predictable field delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Align the path of construction with engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning priorities.
Define Construction Work Areas and coordinate Engineering, Construction and Installation Work Packages (EWPs, CWPs and IWPs).
Prepare and review package scope, drawings, quantities, resources, safety requirements and quality records.
Maintain constraint registers covering design, materials, access, permits, equipment and predecessor work.
Coordinate with planners and discipline teams to release packages only when readiness criteria are met.
Track package progress, productivity and completion against the construction schedule.
Use model reviews and constructability discussions to identify interfaces and improve work sequencing.
Maintain revision control and support package closeout, lessons learned and turnover.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in a relevant discipline.
8+ years in EPC construction, including 3+ years in AWP or workface planning.
Practical knowledge of AWP, workface planning and multidisciplinary EPC construction.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials and construction schedules.
Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools and work packaging or 3D model review applications.
Strong coordination, problem solving and progress reporting skills.
