Internship Housekeeping - Tivoli President Milano Hotel

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is looking for a motivated Housekeeping Trainee, supporting the Housekeeping Department. What will your mission be? As a Housekeeping Trainee, you will support the Housekeeping Manager in coordinating the department’s daily operations, helping to ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest service quality. What will you do? Support the inspection of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are maintained.Collaborate with outsourced service providers to ensure compliance with company standards.Assist the team in managing daily operational requests and coordinating maintenance interventions.Support the monitoring of supplies, consumables, and linen inventory.Assist with inventory activities and stock control.Use company management systems to update operational information and records.Contribute to the implementation of company procedures, safety regulations, and sustainability policies.Support the department in analyzing quality standards and identifying areas for improvement. What are we looking for? High school diploma or equivalent qualification.A degree or coursework in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field will be considered a plus.Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.Interest in the hospitality industry.Proactive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic and international environment. BenefitsMonthly allowance of € 600. Why choose us? At Minor Hotels Europe & Americas we are committed to shaping exciting careers worldwide and cross-cultural experiences.
