Mechanical Designer Engineer

TYPICAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design & Engineering of Equipment in Hydrometallurgy, Smelting, SAP & GC, Metals &Minerals area.
   
2. Preparation of Equipment 3D Models and Detail Drawings with BOM
   
3. Should be able to understand the scope of work, technical requirements/specifications, Project documentation before commencement of work
   
4. Engage with EDM database & Enovia PLM tool
   
5. ECN, ECR and as built changes.
   
6. Preparation of Equipment General Arrangement drawings
   
7. Preparing MOM, Maintaining tracker and Onsite coordination.
   
8. Raising Technical queries.
   

Relevant experience:

1. 8 to12years of experience in Design & Engineering of Equipment in industries such as Metals, Minerals, Mining, Chemicals, Power & Cement.
   
2. Experience in Design &Engineering of equipment such as Tanks, Furnaces, Crushers, Feeders, Ball Mills, Hoppers, Silos, Chutes is preferred.
   
3. In depth Knowledge of Fabrication & Manufacturing process.
   
4. Well verse with ISO, DIN, IS, ANSI & ASME standards.
   
5. Proficient in ASME Y14.5 (GD&T).
   
6. Experience working with Global Clients is an added advantage.
   

Requirements

Educational qualifications& Skills:

1. B.E in Mechanical from a reputed University
   
2. Knowledge in Solid Works, Autodesk Inventor, EDM/PDM, Vault, PLM - ENOVIA
   
3. Engineering and Design knowledge
   
4. Excellent Interpersonal skills
