Sales Executive - Lahore Office

Bestax Accountants provides accounting, taxation, business advisory, and digital marketing solutions to businesses across Canada and international markets. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven B2B Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire new clients, and promote our services. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth by achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and qualify potential B2B clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels.
  
• Present and promote the company's services, including SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, bookkeeping, accounting, corporate taxation, and other compliance solutions.
  
• Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and effective lead conversion.
  
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and identify opportunities for additional services.
  
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and service packages in coordination with relevant teams.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead nurturing, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates.
  
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in the company's CRM or other tracking systems.
  
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business development and revenue growth.
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, accounting, or professional services.
  
• Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong prospecting, lead-generation, follow-up, and closing abilities.
  
• Understanding of digital marketing services, accounting, taxation, or corporate compliance is an advantage.
  
• Ability to understand client requirements and communicate service value effectively.
  
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a performance-driven environment.
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn prospecting, and sales pipeline management is preferred.
  
• Willingness to work the night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time).
