Telesales & Social Media Coordinator

Job Description

• Location: Cairo, Egypt Hybrid 4 days form home and 1 day from office)

• Employment type: Full-time

• Reports to: Marketing Specialist

• Working days: Sunday to Thursday, with occasional shifts to cover social media inquiries

Responsibilities

Outbound sales (cold calling)

1. Make daily outbound calls to individuals and companies to promote upcoming training courses and workshops.

2. Qualify leads: understand the caller's role, training need, budget and preferred dates.

3. Present course details clearly (content, trainer, schedule, fees, certificates) and handle objections.

4. Follow up by phone, WhatsApp and email until the lead registers or declines.

5. Assist in building and maintain a lead database from referrals, past participants, LinkedIn and events.

Social media inquiries

1. Reply to comments, messages and inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp Business within the agreed response time.

2. Answer common questions about courses, prices, dates and location, and convert inquiries into calls or registrations.

3. Escalate complaints or complex requests to the right team member.

4. Share feedback on recurring questions with the marketing team to improve posts and FAQs.

Requirements

Must have

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• 1–2 years in telesales, call center, inside sales or customer service; training or education sales is a strong plus.

• Excellent spoken Arabic and good written and spoken English.

• Confident on the phone, comfortable with rejection and high call volumes.

• Strong written communication for short, friendly social media replies.

• Good with Microsoft Office or Google Sheets; able to learn a basic CRM quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience handling Facebook/Instagram business inboxes or WhatsApp Business.

• Basic knowledge of HR, soft skills or professional training programs.

Personal traits

• Target-driven, persistent and organized.

• Positive, polite tone under pressure.

• Fast learner who can explain course value simply.
