Assistant Manager

We're looking for a seasonal Assistant Manager for our high season (November–April) to help run day-to-day operations — guest relations, reservations, staff coordination, help in bar and restaurant, and general property management — working closely with the owner. It's hands-on, varied work at a genuinely small property, ideal for someone who wants real responsibility rather than a corporate hierarchy, and who'd enjoy a few months living on a quiet stretch of Mexican coast.Fluent Spanish and English required. Position is paid, with full board included.
