ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI CO Finance professional with strong expertise in FI Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). The role involves application support, issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring smooth operation of critical finance systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as an SME and support the team in resolving complex SAP FI issues.
• Analyze and troubleshoot application and finance-related issues.
• Manage SAP FI AR/AP support activities and business-critical incidents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to key technical and support decisions.
• Monitor system performance and identify improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong SAP FI CO Finance experience.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP FI AR/AP.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in enterprise application support.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of incident and support processes.
• Education: 15 years of full-time education required.
